Please register your commitment to sponsor a school(s) for Art Bytes 2026/27!

The discounted price for a society to sponsor one school (Primary or Secondary) is £210 (inc VAT).

Societies with registered schools will be invoiced in February 2027.

To clarify, if your school(s) does not complete a registration form, your society will not receive an invoice.

If your school(s) does complete the registration form, your society will be required to pay the invoice.

However, if the school does not submit any artworks, there will be a clause in the school’s registration terms and conditions stating the school will be required to reimburse your society.

General Terms and Conditions for Arts Societies:

The price for a society to sponsor one school (Primary or Secondary) for 2026/27 is £210 (inc VAT). The price covers the registration cost for one school to enter the Art Bytes competition.

Societies can sponsor more than one school.

The deadline for registering to sponsor a school with Art Bytes for 2026/27 is the 30th October 2026. Societies then have until the end of the calendar year to find and register their chosen schools to sponsor.

Societies are encouraged to find, contact and liaise with schools they wish to sponsor. Societies have the ultimate decision over which school(s) they choose to sponsor.

Societies with registered schools will be invoiced by Art Bytes in February 2027.

If your school(s) does not complete a registration form, your society will not receive an invoice.

If your school(s) does complete the registration form, your society will be required to pay the invoice.

However, if the school does not submit any artworks, there is a clause in the school’s registration terms and conditions stating the school will be required to reimburse your society.

Societies are encouraged to help with promoting the national voting for the competition, and in supporting the regional celebration events.

Art Bytes Project Coordinator Support:

Your Art Bytes project coordinator will support you throughout the year and they will:

If requested by the Arts Society, support with finding, contacting and liaising with a school(s) for societies to sponsor.
Keep you informed about tasks and deadlines with regular newsletters.
Provide you with clear details of the full process and how decisions are reached.
Liaise with you with relevant information regarding your schools.
Promote the competition nationally.
Promote the competition and encourage votes.
Work closely with your region's cultural venue to plan a celebration event.
Source prizes for all regional and national winners.
Provide invites for celebration event.
Answer any queries throughout the competition and be on hand to help.
