Carr Lodge is a large primary school with around 400 pupils on roll.In 2018 the school became an academy as part of Exceed Learning Partnership.Since then we have gone from strength to strength. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and inclusive school.
In addition, the school is a member of a number of partnerships, including Carnegie Centre of Excellence, ITT partnership, Exchange Hub- Teaching School Alliance, PE and Sports network and multi-agency ‘collaborative’. We are an ambassador school for Thrive; we hold the following awards: Eco-Schools Bronze, School Games Gold, Modeshift STARS Silver, Anti-Bullying Charter Mark, Autism Mark; Silver Status Carnegie Centre of Excellence Mental Health and Wellbeing Award and are currently working towards the Carnegie Centre of Excellence Anti Racism Award.
